HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 8, 2008, a telephonic status conference was held. Complainant
represented that respondent Mick Morfey (Morfey) has served its responses to discovery
that was at issue in complainant’s motion to compel, filed April 1, 2008. Complainant
represented that at present it is reviewing the responses. The parties represented that they
would submit a revised proposed discovery schedule within the next 10 days.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on July 17, 2008, at 11:30 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
