HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 6, 2007, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent
William Knauer did not appear. The parties appearing were directed to submit a
proposed discovery schedule on or before September 14, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on October 25, 2007, at 9:45 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
