    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
    On February 29, 2008, petitioner, Joe’s Midtown Auto Repair (Joe’s), filed a motion to
    voluntarily dismiss this appeal of a determination by respondent, the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency (Agency). In the determination, the Agency assessed a deductible from Joe’s
    request for reimbursement from the Underground Storage Tank (UST) Fund. The determination
    concerns Joe’s leaking petroleum UST site located at 1 South Main Street, Princeton, Bureau
    County. In its motion, Joe’s states that “[d]uring the pendency of this UST appeal, the parties
    have been able to resolve their disagreements.” Motion at 1. The Board grants the motion,
    dismisses this appeal, and closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
