    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
    On June 14, 2007, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which F.A. Stein Oil Company (Stein) may appeal a May 4, 2007 determination of the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1) (2006); 35 Ill.
    Adm. Code 105.402, 105.406. The Agency modified the request for reimbursement from the
    UST Fund for Stein’s leaking underground petroleum storage tank facility located at 1702 State
    Street, East St. Louis, St. Clair County.
    The Board extends the appeal period until September 1, 2007, as the parties request.

    before that date, the Board will dismiss this case and close the docket.
