    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
    On June 21, 2007, at the parties’ request, the Board extended until September 16, 2007,
    the time period for Anne or Fred Hood (Hood) to appeal a May 8, 2007 determination of the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    Adm. Code 101.300(b), 105.402, 105.406. The determination concerns Hood’s leaking
    underground storage tank (UST) site located at 400 Springfield Road in Macoupin County. The
    Agency accepted Hood’s Corrective Action Plan but modified the Budget regarding Hood’s UST
    site. Because Hood failed to timely file an appeal, the Board dismisses this case and closes the
    docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
