HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 13, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent continues to negotiate an agreement with the
Village Board to tap into a new water treatment plant that is currently under construction.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on January 8, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
