HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 24, 2007, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney reported that he did not
receive the hearing officer order setting the status call, but that the parties just started
settlement discussions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 11, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
