HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 7, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties represented that a stipulation and proposal for settlement
(stipulation) is being circulated for review and signatures. At present the stipulation is
awaiting signature by the respondent. By agreement, respondent’s answer is now due to
be filed, if needed, on or before May 30, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on May 22, 2008, at 11:30 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant petitioner, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next telephonic status conference,
the conference will be cancelled without further notice.
