HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 15, 2008, the complainant represented that the parties continue with
discovery but requested that the discovery cut-off date be extended for 90 days. That
request is granted. The discovery cut-off date is now September 2, 2008. All dispositive
motions must be filed on or before October 3, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on August 21, 2008, at 11:30 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
