HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 25, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties have reached an agreement on the penalty amount,
and are finalizing language for the settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on May 19, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
