    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
    On January 18, 2008, Lowe Oil (Robert and Tony Thompson) filed a motion to
    voluntarily dismiss this appeal of an Illinois Environmental Protection Agency determination.
    The determination concerns petitioner’s underground storage tank site at 4th and Jefferson
    Streets in Cairo, Alexander County. The motion states that the parties have “resolved the issues
    in dispute.” Motion at 1. The Board grants the motion, dismisses this case, and closes the
    docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
