HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 23, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Pursuant to the parties’ request, the hearing set for October 30,
2007 is cancelled. The parties hope that this case may be settled. At the next status
conference, petitioner should be prepared to file an additional deadline waiver or set this
matter for hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on December 10, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is March 20, 2008.
