HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 23, 2008, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties continue to discuss
settlement. Petitioner agreed to file a deadline waiver to March 19, 2009 within the next
seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on December 2, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently December 18, 2008.
