HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 20, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties continue to discuss settlement. Petitioner agreed to file a
deadline waiver to September 18, 2008 within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on June 24, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently June 19, 2008.
