HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 20, 2007, the City of Rochelle (City), filed an agreed request to
revise the briefing schedule and an additional waiver of the statutory decision deadline to
and including December 6, 2007. Tot that end, the City’s request is granted to the extent
as follows. Respondents’ opening brief and the amicus brief is now due to be filed on or
before October 15, 2007. Petitioner’s reply, if any, is now due to be filed on or before
October 29, 2007. The mailbox rule will not apply to petitioner’s reply brief.
