HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 26, 2007, the respondent, City of Rochelle (City), filed a motion for an
extension of time for filing the record and for leave to file reduced number of copies.
The City requested that it be given an extension of time to and including July 13, 2007, to
file the record in the above-captioned matter. The City also requested that it be given
leave to file only the original and two copies of the record. Finally, the City requested
that it be given leave to file only the original of 11 banker boxes of copies of
correspondence between the operator and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
(Agency), which were filed as part of the application. The City represents that none of
the parties have any objection to this motion.
The City’s motion is granted to extent as follows. The City is given until July 13,
2007, to file the record. The City is given leave to file the original and two copies of the
record. Finally, the City must file the original and one copy of the 11 banker boxes of

copies of correspondence between the operator and the Agency, which were filed as part
of the application.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
pre-hearing conference with the hearing officer on July 12, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. The call-in
number is 888-546-0556. The participant pass-code is 367734.. At the conference, the
parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matters and their
readiness for hearing.
