HEARING OFFICER ORDER
The parties are advised that this matter has been reassigned to the hearing officer
identified below. From this date forward, any pleading filed with the Clerk of the Board
in this matter must also be served individually on the new hearing officer. The
reassignment is made for the convenience of the parties and the Board, as this appeal is
similar to numerous other downstate appeals, and will eliminate the need for multiple
status conferences. Accordingly, the status conference set for October 25, 2007 with
Hearing Officer Bradley Halloran is cancelled.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on October 29, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
