HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 24, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The
parties represented that they continue to discus a possible settlement in the above-
captioned matter as well as other related permit appeal. It was agreed that the record in
this matter is now due on or before August 17, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on July 26, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated
by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
