HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 24, 2008, a telephonic status conference was held. The respondent did
not appear. The complainant represented that she intends to file an amended motion for
summary judgment on or before August 8, 2008. Pursuant to Section 101.500 (d) of the
Board’s procedural rules, the respondent has 14 days to file its response after served with
the motion. If no response is filed, the party will be deemed to have waived objection to
the granting of the motion.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on September 25, 2008, at 7:15 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
