HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On
June 10, 2008, the complainant informed the hearing officer that she has a scheduling
conflict with the next telephonic status conference set for June 19, 2008. To that end, the June
19, 2008, telephonic status conference is cancelled and rescheduled to the date and time noted
below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on July 24, 2008, at 7:15 a.m. The telephonic conference
must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
