HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 14, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Settlement appears unlikely. At the next status conference, the
parties will propose a discovery schedule.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:30 p.m. on February 19, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
