HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 31, 2008, the parties informed the hearing officer that discussions
continue and that any resolution in this matter may be advanced by the next status
conference. By agreement, respondent given until May 5, 2008, to file the administrative
record.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on April 3, 2008, at 11:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated
by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
