HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 16, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties agree that the deadline for respondent’s answer is stayed
pending settlement negotiations. A deadline will be set if it appears that a hearing is
needed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on July 16, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
