HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 19, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties continue to make progress in their settlement discussions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 29, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver in this case.
