HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 21, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner hopes to finish compiling additional information for
respondent within the next few weeks, and agreed to file a deadline waiver to February 7
or
February 21, 2008 within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on October 23, 2007 . The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
The statutory decision deadline is currently December 6, 2007.
