HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 22, 2008, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Within the next seven days, petitioner will
file an additional deadline waiver, or a motion to voluntarily dismiss the appeal.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on August 20, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
The statutory decision deadline is currently November 6, 2008.
