HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 6, 2008, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties are waiting for respondent’s
technical unit to prepare the new permit for public notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on June 10, 2008 . The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
The statutory decision deadline is currently September 18, 2008. At the next
status conference, the an additional deadline waiver will be requested.
