HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 8, 2007, respondent filed a motion for extension of time to file the
administrative record. Respondent requests a suspension of the deadline for filing the
record pending the parties’ settlement negotiations. The motion further states that
petitioner does not object. Accordingly, the motion is granted. A deadline for filing the
administrative record shall be set if settlement negotiations reach an impasse.
The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on April 17, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The statutory decision deadline is currently September 20, 2007.
