HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 10, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent has made further progress on compliance issues, but additional
work may be on hold during the winter months.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on March 10, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
