HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 9, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Due to a lack of progress in settlement discussions,
complainant would like to set a discovery schedule. At the next status conference, a deadline
will be reinstated for respondent to answer the complaint. Additional discovery dates may be set
at that time. Having rejected two previous SEP proposals from respondent, the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency is reviewing a new SEP proposal.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:30 p.m. on June 30, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
