HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 27, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner’s attorney needs time to review the record, and to speak with
petitioner about any additional information that could be sent to respondent for settlement
discussions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 17, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
