HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 30, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties continue to make progress in their
settlement discussions. To receive orders from the Board and the hearing officer, Respondent’s
attorney needs to file an appearance with the Clerk of the Board.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on July 30, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
