HEARING OFFICER ORDER
Respondent filed a motion for summary judgment on July 2, 2008. On July 15,
2008, complainant requested an additional 30 days to file its response to the motion. The
request is granted, and the extended deadline is August 15, 2008.
If the Board does not rule on the motion by November 6, 2008, the hearing officer
will issue an order advising the parties of the status of the motion.
