HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 29, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent’s settlement offer was rejected. The parties continue to
exchange discovery, and complainant is preparing to depose respondent’s witness.
Respondent plans to file a motion for summary judgment within the next 30 days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on September 24, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
