HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 31, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer. The parties agreed briefing schedule for the respondent’s affirmative defenses is as
follows. Complainant’s response or other motions are due to be filed on or before June 25, 2007.
The respondent’s response is due on or before July 9, 2007. The complainant’s reply, if any, is
due to be filed on or before July 20, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on August 23, 2007, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible
for their own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the
status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
