HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 29, 2007, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Petitioners’ attorney was unable to attend due to a
deposition. At the next status conference, petitioner’s attorney should be prepared to file another
deadline waiver.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on April 24, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioners.
The decision deadline is currently August 23, 2007.
