HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 7, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are finalizing language for the settlement agreement, and
hope to file the proposed agreement with the Board before the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on July 1, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
