HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 7, 2008, complainant and respondent Lake Arlann Drainage District (LADD)
participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing officer. Complainant and
respondents LADD and Cochran and Wilken Inc. have reached settlement agreements.
Complainant is waiting to hear from respondent Southwind Construction Corp. regarding the
most recent draft of its proposed settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on March 10, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
