HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 11, 2007, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner is preparing an amended
application in response to respondent’s permit revisions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on February 13, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
