HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 30, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties continue to modify the draft permit in response to
comments from USEPA.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on October 28, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
