HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 23, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner will soon file a motion to supplement the record, and the
motion will reflect that respondent does not object. Respondent has advised the hearing
officer that it does not intend to respond to the motion. The parties will begin discussing
revisions to the CAAPP permit.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 6, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
