MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE OF STATUS CONFERENCE
NOW COMES, Complainant, People of the State of Illinois, er rel Lisa Madigan,
Attorney General of the State of Illinois, and moves for a continuance of the scheduled status
conference for 60 days.
1 .
On October 24, 2006, a complaint was filed initiating this matter.
2 .
On November 6, 2006, the Hearing Officer issued an order setting a telephone
status conference for 1 :30 P .M on December 4, 2006 .

The parties have reached settlement in this matter, and have agreed upon the
terms, condition and language of a Proposed Stipulation and Settlement . On November 8,
2006, the original document was submitted to the Illinois EPA for signature . It is expected to
take approximately 30 days for the document to be signed by the agency and made available to
the other parties for signature . It is expected to take an additional 15 to 30 days to obtain the
other parties' signature on the document . It is expected that the parties will be able to submit
the executed document to the Board for review and approval on or about January 15, 2007 .

Respondent Pinnacle and Respondent Professional Swine Management have no
objection to a 60-day continuance of the status conference .
