HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 21, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. A settlement agreement for both respondents is awaiting signatures at the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. If the agreement is filed with the Board before the
next status conference, that meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 21, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
