HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 13, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The amended discovery schedule as set forth in the July 5, 2007 hearing officer
order remains in effect. On July 19, 2007, complainant filed an amended complaint to correct
the date of removal of the 55-gallon drums from respondent’s site. Respondent did not object.
Accordingly, the hearing officer accepts the amended complaint for hearing. The parties agree
that respondent need not amend or refile its original answer to the complaint that was filed on
December 14, 2006.
The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 13, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
