HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 30, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have reached a tentative settlement agreement, and are working on
language for the proposed stipulation.
The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on September 29, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
