HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 26, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The petitioner represented that it is still proceeding with internal discussions.
Petitioner represented that it will file an additional 80-day waiver of the statutory decision
deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic pre-hearing
conference with the hearing officer on July 10, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. The telephonic conference
must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
