HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 2, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer
.
The petitioner represented that it is proceeding with internal
discussions. The petitioner represented that it will file an additional 28-day waiver of the
statutory decision deadline. As a consequence, the hearing tentatively scheduled for
February 6, 2007, has been cancelled.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on January 18, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
