HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 10, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties are both granted leave to reply to the responses to the
cross motions for summary judgment. The replies shall be due by May 24, 2007.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on August 13, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
