HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 8, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner has received respondent’s approval letter, and has prepared a
motion to voluntarily dismiss this docket. If the Board does not receive the motion
within the next seven days, the hearing officer will contact petitioner to determine its
status.
The decision deadline in this case is currently July 24, 2008.
