HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 21, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The work at the site is almost completed. Complainant’s
attorney will discuss this case with management to determine how to proceed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on January 7, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
